Yale ROTC President's
Review
Ceremony
Thursday, April 17, 2025
The Pass In Review is centered on marching the ROTC units past a reviewing officer, a time-honored tradition of leaders looking over the unit to gauge its discipline, readiness, and fitness.
This formal military ceremony honors hard work and dedication of a life in service, and ties together future military members with long-held traditions and customs.
The appearance and movement of troops in formation are the primary considerations of a ceremonial parade. The preparation, organization of troops, and the conduct of a ceremonial parade require familiarity with close order drill as well as organizational and parade staff.
